Healthy and Grateful

A season of Gratitude
When Covid-19 started, I was nervous to return to my office. At that time though the closures were secure enough, for my comfort level. However when the mandates loosened, I was honestly panicked.
I just didn't trust others to keep me safe. The pandemic has shifted some of the care of our health, to those around us. It's required of us: Cognitive Empathy. I know that not everyone has this, especially younger people. Questions like: Change our behavior for others? Mask or no mask, disinfect or not, social distance? Maybe....
Long ago I realized that my health is my responsibility. I learned to not entrust others with the responsibility to: feed me for good health, to keep my air or water clean, to ensure that materials were safe for me. This moment has been no different. I have a compromised immune system so it's on me. Alternatively, I am blessed to be busy and working and some of my work does require me to be in office. Some of my work requires me to break the social distancing rules. As it were, I have been exposed to Covid-19 many times now, as a result of client's in my practice testing positive.
Yes, I have a problematic immune disorder, and I am also a Natural Health professional. Five negative Covid tests later, I have a protocol that I share in my practice, and it has prevented me from catching even a cold. I am not foolish, I am informed and blessed. I shared these protocols that I gleaned from Dr. Klinghardt at the beginning of the pandemic and I apply them daily. This is what I tell myself to do and not the customized approach that I use with clients.
1. Diffuse Briotech in a diffuser: 1 part Briotech and 2 parts water
2. Filter the air at all times: Small room filter: https://amzn.to/32CRnCu
Large room filter: https://amzn.to/3nlKEFh
3. Monitor White Blood Cells and Vitamin D: Take Vitamin D3 and K2 in the appropriate dosing for current health
4. Daily irrigation of sinuses with saline nasal spray
7. Use Briotech to spray ieyes, throat, nose if possible, hands, face and clothes
8. Disinfect all surfaces with Clean Smart
9. Change out your mask regularly, use either a disposable one or wash yours regularly.
That is the daily protocol and yes it is a commitment!  A couple of more customized supplements are missing, but this is the main protocol.
