A season of Gratitude When Covid-19 started, I was nervous to return to my office. At that time though the closures were secure enough, for my comfort level. However when the mandates loosened, I was honestly panicked. I just didn't trust others to keep me safe. The pandemic has shifted some of the care of our health, to those around us. It's required of us: Cognitive Empathy. I know that not everyone has this, especially younger people. Questions like: Change our behavior for others? Why do we crave candy at Halloween?

Yes, it is almost Halloween, but are you concerned about your waistline, brain fog and more as a result of this Halloween temptation? 3 reasons we crave:  Carbohydrates are the are preferred from birth.  Carbohydrates stimulate the release of the brains chemical for feeling good- Serotonin.
